Why is the advantage if i book a return transfer?

All return transfers are offered a 10% discount on the initial day/night rate. To be able to get this offer you must book your return transfer while you are booking your transfer.

Do you take late bookings?

iTaxi Cyprus accepts online bookings up until 24hours before your planned transfer. If you need a transfer within the next 24 hours please send us an email: info@itaxicyprus.com or call 00357 96691004. Our customer service team will check our availability and do our best to provide you our service.

When will i receive my sales receipt?

The sales receipt can be provided upon request. You may simply ask for it from the driver once the cash payment is completed.

How can i cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by email: info@itaxicyprus.com or by call 00357 96691004. Cancellations will be valid only if you contact us four hours prior to your booked transfer.

What shall i do if i don't receive my booking confirmation?

Are the prices per taxi or per person?

All our prices are per vehicle/taxi. We do not provide shared taxis.

Which currency do you accept?

All our prices are in Euros, but if you wish you can pay by (€) Euro, (£) British Pound, (RUB) Russian Ruble, ($) US Dollar Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar.

How do i pay for my transfers?

You can pay cash at the driver at the end of each journey.

Are there any extra charges on the calculated prices?

No, there aren't. The prices that appear on our website are the final prices.

Is there any extra charge if my flight is delayed?

No, if your flight is delayed there is no extra charge.

Do the prices listed on your website apply throughout the year?

No, prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation / seasonal offers etc so please make sure that you monitor the website for any price changes.

No, prices listed on our website are valid only for online bookings.


What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don't worry. For us is not a problem. We check your flight arrival time, so if your flight is delayed we are aware of it. The driver will be at the airport with the new time of arrival without extra cost. If you know in advance that your flight will be delayed, kindly inform us.

If i don't know my flight number?

It's very important for us to have your flight number because we check your arrival time. To be able to book a pickup transfer from the airport you must have the flight number.

How will i locate my driver at the Airport?

Your driver will meet you as you enter the arrival hall, with a sign showing your name. If for any reason you cannot find your driver, please do not leave from the airport before giving us a call on this number 00357 96691004, our 24/7 customer service team will help you to find your driver.


I can't find my route. What can i do?

iTaxi Cyprus covers almost all destinations in Cyprus. However, if you are unable to locate yours within our booking system, simply fill our quote request and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Will my vehicle be shared or is it private?

All reservations are for private transfers and your party will be the vehicle's only passengers. This means no queues, no waitings for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.

Do you provide airport transfers from/to the North part of the island?

Yes, we provide the above-mentioned transfers. Get a price quote from our online booking system or contact us.

Can i have multiple pick ups/drop off on my journey?

Yes, you can have more than one pick up or drop off on your journey. You can add your extra request in our booking system at in the additional information text box. An extra charge will be applied if is necessary.

Will i be dropped-off and picked up directly from my hotel or private address?

Yes, all our private transfers will deliver your group straight to your hotel or private address and will conveniently collect you from the same point for your return journey.


Do you provide child seat for an infant (0-1 age)?

Yes, our company can provide you an infant seat free of charge.

Do you provide a baby seat for 9kg-18kg, (1-4 age)?

Yes, our company can provide you a baby seat free of charge.

Do you provide a booster seat for 15kg-36kg, (4-8 age)?

Yes, our company can provide you a booster seat free of charge.

We have a child with us 2 months old is it considered as a passenger?

Children are also considered as passengers. When you are booking a transfer, you may order child seats and your driver will install them for safety purposes. Child seats are free of charge.

What if besides my luggage i carry with me any extra items such as child seats, golf bucks, skis etc?

To ensure that all your staff fit in the car, kindly mention any optional extras such as these through the booking process.

What if someone in my group is traveling with a wheelchair?

Please make sure that you make a request for the specific car. If someone in your party is traveling with a battery operated wheelchair or a mobility scooter, please mention this in the additional information box. We can generally respond to your request within 24 hours.


Are your company's vehicles licensed and fully insured?

Yes, iTaxi Cyprus vehicles are fully licensed, vehicles are insured and also have passengers insurance.

Do you provide a Russian speaking driver?

Yes, of course, you can ask for a Russian driver in the additional information box in our online booking system. An extra cost 25% will be added to the initial price.

Do you provide a woman driver?

Yes, of course, you can ask for a woman driver in the additional information box in our online booking system. An extra cost 30% will be added to the initial price.

How many luggage can i fit in the car with me?

Every vehicle has different space for luggage, so please check the availability of the vehicle and make sure that you book the correct vehicle type.

Left something in a vehicle of iTaxi Cyprus, what happens?

iTaxi Cyprus is not liable for any loss of personal items. Please make sure that after your drop off that you have taken with you all your personal belongings. In case that you leave something in our vehicles, kindly contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. We will contact our driver, and if indeed the item is found in the cab then we will be able to retrieve it back to you.

Can i carry animals in one of your vehicles?

We are happy to take animals, but they need be properly restrained or in an appropriate carrier. Please let us know in the additional information box when you book a transfer.
